to do on-line check-in for your flight home and print your boarding passes? I normally wouldn't ask but our trip is 5 weeks away and the plane is already full on the way home. We are flying out of Tampa and will leave plenty of time to get there, but I'd like to play it safe and be checked-in. We don't have a computer to take with us.

I read on the Coronado Springs thread that yes they will print your boarding passes for you. I will be asking them to do this on Oct 9th when we leave from WDW to home, so I will let you know for certain when I return.

Thanks Suzanne74. Will you have a computer to check-in or will you be asking them to do it as well. Have a great trip - let us know how it goes.

Yes, they will print your boarding passes. We went down to the desk just after midnight to have our's printed as we were flying SWA!

Wishing you safe travel and a fun filled vacation!

Just so you know - unless you're flying Southwest (which seems, according to the show "Airline" to predict a 20% no-show rate and books each flight accordingly) chances are your flight isn't full, they just won't release any more pre-assigned seats until the day before the flight, or maybe even until you get to the airport.

This past March I went to the Business Center and they let me use the computer and printer to get our boarding passes for free. It was very easy to do - they don't open until 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. though. I was told by the front desk that they don't print boarding passes.

Are you using ME? And are you flying one of the airlines listed for ME?
Then they will do it outside where the pick up is.
Other than that... not sure how it works with just access to a computer.

But......When we went in June... we flew Continental and had ME. So we went to the CM at the bus pick up for ME. It was either that the program was new for them... or they just didn't have a clue!!!
But they had trouble with their printer, it jammed after printing the first boarding pass. so... they basically told us "too bad, out of luck" "you will have to 'reprint' your boarding passes at the airport"!
Then they pretty much blew me off and just went on their merry way.

I went inside to talk to guest relations, the CM there was the nicest CM we had come across at CSR that trip and she did try everything she could to see if she could reprint the boarding passes... even asked all the other CM. But still none of them had a clue!!!
I was really ticked off!!!! I know what it can be like at the Orlando Airport trying to check in!

So... just a quick warning! I am sure it is not a common thing, but I really was upset with the service I got from them while trying to get checked in and get my boarding passes!

Has anyone else done this at other resorts? We have laptop but don't plan on bringing with us.

No, we aren't doing ME. We have a car and are actually flying out of Tampa. The reason I think the flight is booked is because I was checking on the reservation on-line and you are able to access the flight to change your seats - and all but two seats were taken.

I forgot about the business center - being a convention hotel they surely have one. And if they have computers with internet access - there we go!

We were there in May and used the business center computers to print our boarding passes. It was very convenient to the food court area and took only a few minutes. There was no charge for this service either. Just be sure to check the hours of operation!

We're at CSR next weekend and flying SWA, just wondering, if you have your boarding pass, don't you have to stand in line to check your luggage anyway? We will be flying out of MCO Sunday night with, I'm sure, thousands of other people, so if there was another way, I'd be thrilled!!!

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!!!

I assume MCO has curb side check-in, most all major airports do now. The easiest would be to have your boarding pass and use curb side for your luggage.

The reason I want to get checked in early (on-line) is because if they are going to bump someone off a full airplane they will bump the last people checked in. If you don't think your flight will be full then its a moot point.
