I've now tried to order Crocs from Dick's Sporting Goods twice, and when I check the status of both orders, they both show cancelled "due to missing or invalid order information". I ordered using the Google Checkout for $10 off and also used the 20% off coupon posted here. The first order, I accidentally entered a wrong expiration month on the credit card, and it told me there was a problem with the credit card, so I went back in immediately and cancelled it, and the order appeared to go through, and I received the order from Dick's with the order #. Never received another email, but when I checked the status the next day, it showed cancelled. I called the less-than-wonderful Dick's customer service, who could tell me nothing other than that the order was cancelled, and I could try to reorder. Well, of course the Disney Crocs were out of stock.
I did place another order for regular Crocs using a different Email account to get the Google $10 off and using a different credit card and made sure to enter it correctly the first time. Received the confirmation email with order #, and now that order also shows cancelled for the same reason.
Anyone else have this happen? I guess I just need to cross this place off my list to ever order from again! Sounds like the order wouldn't have been right even if I had received it anyway from other posts here!
