Ok so I went to log on to the DVC website and it keeps saying I am logged into another Disney website. I have not been on another Disney website and always make sure to go off of them too. I called MS and they had no idea what was going on. I have deleted my cookies about 7 times now to no avail.

Is anyone else having trouble logging on????

Its possible to pickup something from ESPN or another go.com Disney-owned site. I know we haeed perpetual issues with disney dining last trip planning.

You might want to try a session in your browser's In-private / incognito session that seperates cookies/history.

YES! It keeps telling me my password is wrong, but it isn't. I have it set to auto-populate so it is NOT WRONG. MS has no explanation. They told me they may have to wipe my account access and start over like I am a new member.

Signing in with your email as your username and signing in with just the first part of the email are considered two seperate usernames.

So if you have reserved dining as say username@email.com and signed in to dvcmembers as username then thats why you are getting that message

Oh, yes! I've had many issues in the past with this issue. Mine seemed to stem from becoming a DVC member and using a different log-in/password for that then I was using for the Disney World Site. It was several years ago and some tech got it worked out for me.

This happened because I was trying to enter a sweepstakes on some site owned by Disney that was NOT disneyworld.com. The entry didn't work - it said I wasn't entering valid information. And ever since then, there is some sort of cross contamination in my DVC account so no matter WHAT I type in it won't work. The guy at MS I spoke to said I am not the first person who said it happened after a botched sweepstakes entry.

Has the same/similar problem a couple years ago after becoming a DVC member - though I think my problem was I couldn't log in to Disneyworld.com. It was because I had two accounts (one from before DVC and then one created with DVC) and things got all criss-crossed. A DVC tech ended up getting it fixed for me.

This has been happening to me ever since I started entering the One More Disney Day sweepstakes a few days ago. I just wondered in that had something to do with it.

Mine happened before they rolled out Disney Day. It was some sweepstakes on Family Fun or ABC.com or something. I can actually log into disneyworld.com and disneystore.com with the same info I have always used. That same info USED to be my log-in for DVC, but now it won't work. I need to call DVC when I have LOTS of time and see if they can fix it.

I went through this exact problem last month. Seemed my email login no longer worked on DVCMember.com. I forget exactly what they did but I think it was the equivalent of a reset password link. So now I cannot log in with my email address (which still works on the main Disney sites) but with my alias username which is just one word. I'd go fix Disney's web space for them but I don't think they'd pay me enough.

This happened to me and drove me nuts, until I realized I was using my whole email address as my login instead of the username I had originally selected. Problem solved! :thumbsup2

This happened to me last month too. I called MS and the tech guy offered to reset my information so I could create a new log in for the DVC website only. Listen to the options carefully when you call MS there is a selection to talk to someone specifically about website tech issues.

I am still locked out. This morning I managed to guess the combo of username and password the site wants me to enter, but it says I am brand new to DVC and need to set up my account. :headache: I have been putting off calling MS but now I am going to have to call and have them fix it.

It started happening to me about a week ago but I found a way around it. Go to another Disney site (I go to either Disney World or DCL) and log in there. Once you are signed at that site, go back to the DVC member site and you will be logged in.

It is a bit annoying, but not as annoying as having to explain it to the Disney IT folks.

After you enter, click the link for parks & travel. When that page loads, look for the logout link and click on that to log out. If you do that every time after you enter the contest, you should be good to go for the members' website. Works for me. :)

Took a while to figure that out, though.

Perhaps a silly question, but which web browser are you using? I use FireFox but had problems just recently as well (gave me an error when trying to get to the log in page). I had to clear some recent history and it worked again. Have to agree that signing up for a few Disney sweepstakes seem to send me into a spin. I did try Microsoft Explorer and could get in no problem. Empty your cookies and your cache perhaps?

I tried this, and it didn't work. The bizarre thing is I can get into disneyworld.com and disneystore.com just like always. My DVC account, which has always used the SAME log-in as the other 2 sites doesn't work anymore.

I use Explorer at home and Safari at work and I am locked out on both computers.

The username that now pops up on DVC IS me, but I have no idea where it came from. Meaning how the DVC site decided THAT was my username as opposed to the one I have always used, that still works on the other sites.

I am having the same problem. I am wondering if it has something to do with the One More Disney Day program. We have a preDVC login that I am using to register for the promo. When I tried to login on dvcmember it says I am already logged in. I finally got past that screen and not it won't take our username/password combo. Very frustrating!

Thank you. That seems to have been the problem, and everything is working now.
