Jeremy really needs to grieve & get ovr his mom still. He's projecting a lot onto DeAnna. That's why he keeps saying, "I didn't see it. I didn't see it." Uh, no, you're not in the moment with her. You see a substitute for your mom.

All they really have is shared woundedness.

God, I hope he's not the next bachelor.

no - we went to a friend's house for a cookout and then watched the fireworks in E'town. I hadn't been to Ft. Knox since early 2001, lots has changed! My husband works for the Army Corps of Engineers and is working on the Human Resource Center of Excellence.

My Wife works on Post doing records for all the people going back and forth to Iraq

I think it's different when you give your furbabbies off in marriage. You have to do things in the speed of "dog years."

I think the SIL is right on. DeAnna would be forwarding her life by 5 years, because of the instant child and Jason wanting different things of her. I don't think she's ready for that.

I think she had a good point. Insta-life.

Hey Mare!!!!! Yep, my baby brother got hitched, this past Saturday. We got 12 days notice to get a wedding together, it was crazy but the day was great. Melanie is a great girl and I hope she makes him happy forever. Autumn is great, she turns 3 tomorrow!!!! Can you believe that??? Her and her mom were not able to come down for the wedding - not enough notice. She is a trip though, I miss that little stinker.

Congrats to Brodey and Melanie!!!! Twelve days...yikes! That would put me over the edge. But I bet it was beautiful...the picture certainly is.
