I haven't had internet service since Tuesday night and have been on the phone with them a bit over the past three days. I recently upgraded to DSL with them and had problems hooking up my modem & router on 4/20. We got it done and I have been using my wireless network for 2 weeks, then I hit a snag with setting up my TIVO.
Anyone else out there use them and have had a problem this week?
