My window opened today, and I can search times, but whenever I click on a time, I get the Lady and the Tramp error message. I've tried on my laptop, my phone, in Chrome, in whatever MS is calling its browser now, and in the Disney app.
So not only are there no times for CRT on any days, possibly because I know some people are sitting on multiple reservations, I can't even make the less important reservations.
I'm waiting for a CM on the phone, but doubt they'll be able to do anything, as some times I wanted have already disappeared while I keep trying to make a reservations.
ETA: 7:57am Literally as I posted this, I got through with a dining CM on the phone. She was able to get me almost everything I wanted (no Garden Grill PPO), including CRT right at 8am! I'm floored. She got times that my online searches were saying didn't exist. She was even able to find my second resort reservation, which I made 20 hours ago, that I can't get MDE to recognize, so I could book into later days.
I know Disney really wants me to do everything myself online, but that means they need their darn website to function properly. This was the best phone call I've made all year.
Still interested in theories as to what's going wrong here, and in whether others are having similar struggles!
