Anyone else unable to make ADRs this am online?

I got up at 4:45 CT am to make my reservations and keep getting an Error message to please try agaim. There was a problem loading the requested info! UGH!

I had the same problem! I woke up at 5:45 EST to get ready to make them at 6 am. Kept getting that error message to please try again. I tried until 6:30 am then I gave up. Tried again at 7:01 am and it was working. GRRR! It was like they didn't switch it over until 7 am! Instead of 6 am! And by 7:01 (I was trying for Chef Mickeys) the earliest time left was 8:05 pm! How annoying! I wonder if it's going to do that again tomorrow morning?

I'm having the same problem right now. Can't make a reservation cause the system is unavailable. Why oh why can Disney not get their IT systems to work properly!

I had a problem before 6 AM ET this morning, but was able to get a reservation at exactly 6 AM this morning. Hopefully you all can get the system to work soon.

i am on the phone with them right now and they are also unable to do anything. she just keeps trying...

ok she has let me off the phone saying they are "undergoing enhancements" right now. she tried for 20 minutes. during that time i was also trying online and it was not pulling up anything. i was able to make one reservation this morning right at 6am. she did not say how long the enhancements would take.

I was online at 6a and could not make anything. Called twice and still "undergoing enhancements".

now i have been able to search anything and see times for the past 15 minutes and i've called back 3 times in 15 minutes and they are still not working on their end.

i have been trying all week here in UK and has been on and off at various time throughout, also is very slow disney website? takes forever to load page, lost a BOG adr last night because of it, even tried on my sons fast gaming computer and the same

So frustrating! I found a better Sci Fi time, it let me get all the way through, then tells me there was an error. Now my time slot is lost in limbo. It's like the HS gods are telling me not to book Sci Fi. This is exactly what happened when I tried to book it a few weeks ago.

I was able to get to the various reservation times on my phone, but could not confirm the reservation. I then went on my computer and was able to finish the reservation, so hopefully it is fixed now.

My time slot just reappeared and I was able to book online on my phone.

I was finally able to grab a time at BOG about an hour ago online and immediately called and made the rest of our reservations. Got everything we wanted. Don't love our early dining time for BOG but have six months to stalk a better one. A very frustrating morning but it ended with what I wanted.
