Anyone else unable to do online check in via the app? Is this a Split stay issue?

Been trying for two days, just gives me an error that online check in is unavailable right now. We check in in less than a month, I have iPhone 12 with the newest software update and newest app version.
We do have a split stay, and the problem is persistent for both resorts we are staying at

Is your credit card info up to date? If the card on file has expired that would prevent online check in.

I mean none of my cards are expired but when I try to see what card I have on file on the app I get the same error.

I could see that maybe being the issue for one part of our stay as I am not the lead guest and not sure what card my partner has on file, but for the other part I am the lead guest, and have no expired cards

I had errors in the app before my trip and used the website on my laptop. It’s possible I had to remove and reload my cc, not sure on that though.

The only time I ran into an issue is when I had my cc I had set up on there a year ago but had to cancel it and get a new one when it was compromised and I forgot to update it. The day we were checking in, it wouldn’t let me fix it. Had to do the front desk. I wish I had gotten a notice. I had been waiting for 2 hours in the lobby for my room to be ready and finally asked about it. That’s when I learned.

Sometimes when I have repeated app issues, I delete the app and then reload it from my cloud. Seems to clear up some of the problems.
