I bought a sampler of "Gnu Bars" after reading about them in Womens Health magazine as having one of the best sources of fiber (12 grams), and they were really pretty good - didn't taste like sawdust! My favorites in order are the chocolate brownie (but they are REALLY chocolate-y), orange/cranberry, banana walnut and last the cinnamon raisin (but even it is pretty good). I've been having them in the morning with a cup of green tea, and it seems to hold my hunger until lunchtime with no problem - unusual for me! And only 130 cals!
