We brought a bunch of albums up from the basement (yes, vinyl albums). I cannot believe some of these were 30 years old or more: :earseek:

Eagles Greatest hits
Rod Steward greatest hits
Starship Gold
Neil Diamond's Greatest hits
Fleetwood Mac
Michael Jackson - Thriller

Remember the original soundtrack from Grease with John Travolta and Olivia Newton John?

How about the best of Bread? Peter Frampton, Bob Dylan at Budokan,
The Beach Boys, Rolling Stones, Beatles. Cat Stevens (I was so in love with him when I was in high school).

So what music from your past makes you realize you are getting old?

Remember all those K-Tel records? I do! :rotfl2:

Myst

Our kids are now listening to the CDs of the music that was popular when I was their age! And DH still has the vinyl records of the same groups!

Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Pink Floyd, The Rolling Stones, etc.

No one ever wants to have my plug in my cassette tapes of Barbra or Barry, though. :guilty:

my partidge family and an archies album!

I have Thriller on tape from childhood. I have Grease, Fleetwood Mac, Bob Dylan, Eagles, and the best of Bread on CD. I am 28.

I don't have any more 'albums.' Except one of 'The Fox and the Hound' that is full of pictures and my mom just had it framed for me. :teeth:

When the Beatles' "Revolution" became a tv ad...

Slightly OT: my DMIL is moving and gave us her old stereo. It's a great Panasonic with an automatic turntable and one of those new-fangled 8-Track players! LOL!
Wish I hadn't thrown out my old Jefferson Starship Red Octopus and Barry Manilow 8-tracks.....darn it! :rotfl:

I need to Smack you! :rotfl: Yes I will confess I have them as well, heck I have an Olivia Newton John album! Now I am thinking about how old I am! ImSorry watch out now.... "IT'S ON"! :rotfl: :rotfl:
