We had some really nice 70's and 80's days last week, prompted me to remove the flannel sheets off the beds and put back the regular cotton ones.

Then we got hit with colder weather, even frost a couple mornings so those sheets sure do feel cold. :cold: Makes me wish I would have left those nice, warm flannel ones on a bit longer.

I took them off the day we hit 80 and my husband asked what I was doing. I'm all, you're kidding right? And I put on cooler sheets, but it was still too hot to sleep since I'm used to cooler weather.

Yep. We're sticking it out with the normal ones, though, because I KNOW that the moment I put the flannels back on, the weather will warm up!

We don't use flannel sheets but I did take the down comforter off. Luckily it was still on the cedar chest in my bedroom so it was back on the bed last night.

I turned the heat off when we were in the 80's and I refuse to turn it back on. It's a bit chilly but it's supposed to warm up as the week goes on.

I don't use flannel sheets BUT my feet froze last night! This morning they are a little happier in thick socks. Not much though. I hate when I'm in bed and my feet are cold, I dont wanna get out to get socks!

When is summer?:)

Still have them on the bed. Every year I take them off to soon, so I'm trying to hold out as long as possible this year.

I didn't get around to changing my sheets on the few nice days that we had. And I am really happy abou that since it has been pretty darn cold lately! Had quite a bit of snow over the weekend and those flannel sheets feel awful good.

Here in Mass., there hasn't been any thought, yet, along the lines of taking flannel sheets off the beds yet.

I changed the flannel sheets off of our waterbed when it was nice a few wks ago. It has gotten soo cold I turned up the heat on the bed!! Plus an extra blanket and nice thick socks!

I even locked the house temp at 55degrees and just realized that i never unlocked it. It was 63 in the house yesterday but I didnt unlock it. we just added an extra layer.

Just waiting for the snow since I washed and packed up all the winter gear too!

No flannel here, but we DID have to turn the heat on over the weekend. Brrr... I refused to be cold. This MORNING was the coldest I have been in a while. I had my robe, slippers and the heat on for the first time in probably a month!

We had a record high of the earliest day to hit 90 degrees ever. I was about to wash and pack away my down jacket. But, I knew better. We always have an extra cold snap in April. The temp was back down to 42 degrees the other night. :cold: I didn't wear my down jacket. But, I know if I wash it, I'm tempting the weather gods. :duck:

There's been some pretty cold weather up here to the lake - high 20's to low 30's - and even snow showers a few times, but I could never sleep on flannel sheets.. I love the feel of them, but I'm always too warm when I'm sleeping.. I don't even use any kind of heat at night unless it's downright frigid!

Right now the weather is bouncing all over the place.. I'm curious to see what summer is going to bring..:)

My flannels are still on. I would sleep with them all year but my dh would not be very happy about that! I will have to take them off soon but I'm still stalling.

Yeah, I regret putting my flannel sheets away. My house is freezing! I still have my down blanket on though....not ready to give that up yet!

I switched out about the same time you did but I left a set of flannel sheets in a laundry basket in our room. We've been switching back and forth for a few weeks now! :lmao:

This is Michigan--I'm not putting the flannel sheets away completely until the end of May.
