We were at Epcot Friday night (probably around 7 or 8) walking from the World Showcase. We were close to the big fountain and looked up as a really bright shooting star shot left to right just over top of Spaceship Earth. Way too quick to get a picture of, but it sure would have been a great one!! Really magical moment thank thankfully all 4 of us saw. Just wondered if anyone else was at WDW and saw it Friday??

The Geminid meteor shower was at its peak that night and visible from all over North America and beyond.

Had a neat experience a couple weeks ago while waiting for the castle lighting - saw what looked like a jet contrail, but it was EXTREMELY bright, and EXTREMELY wide. Remembered that on the news that morning they mentioned there was a launch scheduled at the Cape for 5:42 - sure enough - it was 5:45. It was VERY cool!
