The house cleaning has started, tree trimming talked about and we will be taking it all out of the attic within the next week or so. Most of our shopping is finished :cool1: I'm not really done until the week of Christmas but that is mostly because I'm always seeing something else for my kids  I actually wrapped a bunch of presents last night and put them back upstairs for the big night :teeth: Last week sugar & flour were on sale so I stocked up on baking supplies. So now, I'm feeling prepared and ready for the holidays. I work retail and hate it when I have a lot to do in the month of December and I like to have time for baking too.

Soooo, Bring it on! I'm ready for it, anyone else?

Put up the tree and the other christmas decorations last night. Haven't done any shopping though yet so there's nothing under the tree!

Spent all last weekend setting up our front yard. We still have some lights to string, the fence to do, and the side yard...then the extension cord fairy comes! :teeth: We will turn them on Thanksgiving night and I can't wait! :goodvibes

my shopping is almost finished. The things I don't have done are gift cards and I am waiting to see if anyone offers any specials before I buy those. I told DH I want to start wrapping this weekend and we'll put the tree up over Thanksgiving.

I should be finished shopping by the end of the month. I am going tosee if I can hold out and not put up the tree until the 9th. I have a one year old who will be be all over it. I might cave though. I like to wrap in December after I have all of the shopping done. I am iffy about baking. I make a few things because DD likes to do it.

Bring it On!

We have our village sent up and added 7 houses from last year.

Next is the outdoor decorations.

I'm getting there. I've been wrapping the last two weekends. I've pretty much got my schedule figured out for the next six weeks so at least I know I have a day or so set aside for everything. I'll have the gifts all wrapped Thanksgiving weekend. I can't wait!!!

I have been hunting and gathering all week. I think I am going to start to put up some stuff today. My biggest hurdle is we have an 8 week old puppy. Hmmm... anybody want to come over and puppy sit while I decorate?
