Well, Happy Valentines' Day. Yeah, well, I hinted and I showed him and well, now I am shopping! Yoohaaa.
In his defense, I did get a beautiful card and we don't usually buy for Valentines. I just needed a little something this year. I saw a nice little heart shaped gold slide for my long chain necklace. Showed it to him twice. QVC. Such a deal, too.
Been a stressful week with DH's older brother in since Thurs. for aunt's funeral. He and I have such opposite personalities and we have always butted heads. We have learned to respect each other but the conversations are kinda strained at times. He lives in Houston and owns two companies who do work in the oil industry. Needless to say, he is not a Democrat! I am a bleeding heart liberal so we have to agree to not discuss the president this weekend.
Right now BIL has DH out on the front porch smoking a cigar and drinking wine.
