Anyone else not able to cancel ADRs via new site?

I was just trying to cancel an ADR online, and the site told me that it cannot cancel this type of reservation. ??? I've not been able to cancel or change resort ressies online, but I've never had a problem with ADRs. :confused3

I canceled one and scheduled a different one. It was about 2 weeks ago, and I was surprised how easy it was. Maybe a glitch today?

Really, I am still in awe that a business as huge as Disney is, has this absolute crud website. I cannot believe they have not put every ounce of time into making it great, but, I guess that's another thread.

I had that problem on our last trip. I wasn't listed as the primary user on a few of our ADR's, even though I had made the reservation. It had put them in my daughter's name, for some reason. :confused3

You should be able to see all your reservations by going to the old website. You can get there by logging in to My Disney Experience, click on Get Customized Maps, then My Reservations, then view detail on the reservation that you want to cancel. There is an option to cancel your reservation on the old site.

Have been cancelling and shifting and rescheduling for weeks. No problem at all. You should see my e-mail folder full of "Your dining reservation has been confirmed." and "Your dining reservation has been cancelled."!!!!

I'm having this same problem. It's so annoying.
 
I couldn't cancel on the website, but I was able to cancel on my cell phone app.:confused3
 
I had that problem this morning. Switching from Firefox to Chrome did the trick and I was able to cancel. Good luck.

Oddly (or not, really), I cannot link any of my reservations on the MDE app let alone cancel them. It says I'm not the primary user -or- that the phone number is incorrect. Ok... sure...
