Let's just say (for the sake of this being brief) that she's not the most resourceful human around. I mean if you needed someone's bio ASAP and they weren't returning your calls, but when you called you GOT THEIR ASSISTANT on the line...would you just keep asking to be put into voicemail or would you ASK the ASSISTANT for HELP?
