Anyone else miss the Hotwire Vouchers?

I think maybe I am the only one. We saved so much money with these. At the Contemporary quick service for dessert we got pint of ice cream as our dessert! And at Beaches and Cream it was such a great value. And you didn't have to stay on site or buy Disney's expensive tickets. ( We like to stay at Shades of Green and buy our tickets there or at MWR on base. You can't get the DDP if you do either.) So I'm mad/sad that I can't do this on our upcoming trip. Is it just me? Really??

I miss them too! Weren't they 11.50 for an entree, drink and dessert??? Yes I especially miss them at B&C! That was a DEAL!

Yes, we miss them. I used them only once. DH was skeptical at first, until he used them. Then he thought they were the best thing ever created.

I really miss them. Our favorite was to split the ribeye dinner at Peppermarket at CSR. $11.50 to split a meal is pretty sweet. Oh, well, can't always have a bargain. Keep lookin' though!

I TOTALLY miss those!! We used them on our trip in Sept of 2004 and it was so awesome! We split a bunch of meals and made out really well on it.I have a link in my signature for our dining information from that trip which details how much we saved. I was reading it the other day and realized how great they were! Especially because our wedding trip is coming up and we have APs so we can't get the DDP. We do have DDE, but it's not really accepted at a lot of the places we like to eat.

So I'm not nuts!! I saved sooo much money with those! Please Disney bring them back!! Even if used at lunch it was so great. You could totaly split meals and noone went hungry. we got such a deal with them! Thanks to those who remember. I wish that Disney had kept it as an option for those of us who can't get the dining plan.
