With no host prizes and buyables in quest, is anyone going to sit out this month?

Im just going to go on too say hi and then buy some stuff. Maybe with pirates here and there.

Nah, this is the PERFECT kind of month to have prior to Christmas. Just like I'm glad they had dreams month right before Halloween. Little or nothing to spend credits on, so it's really easy to build up your credit total.

I am sure the "5th" weekend theory is correct, and so we will see a new weekend pin next weekend. Regardless, I am so "poor" following halloween that I need a quiet month to prepare for my first Christmas on vmk!

Didn't we all just have a big discussion on another thread about "it's just virtual stuff and has no value"? But when quest prizes are buyables and host prize is to join the photo wall, it's time for a vmk break.

I seriously don't get it.

I'll be playing just as much as always. Friends and laughter will be here all month long. That's what keeps me "in" - not the stuff.

Personally after Halloween I'm thankful for the credits in BOTH the quests.

I agree - the more I think about it the better it is that they aren't releasing a lot of stuff this month because its going to give us plenty of time to build up our credits for all of the Christmas that will be coming out soon! So in a way - they are just doing us a favor! Plus, overall this year has been a big year for VMK, so I think that staff deserves a well needed break from new stuff etc. and gear up for Christmas themselves! So I will be playing just as much as I normally do - and probably playing a lot more mansion to get my credit balance nice and hefty!

I was already getting bored of VMK last month even if I got things I never excepted to get in VMK So, this month (with the theme, the quest prizes, .. ) , I am certainly not really going to play ...

I dont know how some people can play for so long but after more than one year, VMK is - for me - at a point where it is always the same ... There are new items but in the past, I liked to play fireworks without crashing, to go into host room to try to get a host pin, ..

Well, I guess VMK is just going down into my esteem -_- but I never put money into VMK so ..

This is a good month for me to gain back the credits I spent on all those mansion, cowboy & chief outfits.

credits. I'll take that any time VMK wants to give it!

I feel this month is perfect!! Its just like Dreams month all over again and its the perfect time to build up on your credits!!! Mansion here I come!!!!

I take the free quest prizes! Won't be spending much time in queue for host rooms though. I am still holding out hope that we'll see something new this Friday!

doesn't really matter to me either way, I just enjoy hanging out with my friends. We always have a great time. That's what matters to me!

to tell you the truth, this is a busy time of year for me anyway (for all of us, I'm sure), I am kind of glad the hosts don't give away any "must have" items that I feel like I am missing out on when I can't be on at that particular time the host room is open.

LOL, Happy first christmas woot!! anyway i got broke on halloween too Right now im on 4000 credit scale..

Exactly! I made almost 10,000 credits due to that one quest (8000 from quest, 1920 from dailies).

While halloween didn't break me as much as I thought it would, it's still a great time to be building credits. Never know what's coming up.
