anyone else leaving in hours for memorial weekend trip?

this is inspired by dizagain's thread...

i am soo excited (i still have things to pack yet) but i just can't seem to tear myself away from this board.

we are leaving in about 8 hours. we live in miami, so it is about a 3 1/2 hour drive for us. i just can't wait!

as often as dh an i go, you'd think this would be old news to us, but i still get butterflies in my stomach thinking about "going home again". plus... around this time, it is our 1 year wedding anniversary (9 years total - married exactly on the day of our anniversary)

anyone else feel this way too? who else is leaving soon???

We leave tomorrow. But the two older kids still have finals to study for tonight. Last night I was trying to quiz DS on French verbs while packing the younger daughter's clothes. Our house is just a zoo.

We leave Saturday nice and early. Just packing up kids travel backpacks. Finishing up laundry so I can finish packing. Should not be here this is my only packing up time not nearly done.
