Anyone else just have to make your bed

It's just part of my morning routine! Would never go out anywhere without beds made! Now, if I only could make my daughters do the same thing! I harp on at them most of the morning until it's done and often I cave in and do it myself!

I'm too lazy... I figure I'm gonna sleep in the bed a few hours later, so why bother.

I hate making my bed. I just never see the point of it. DH on the ohter hand has to have it made. So we compromise. He makes his half and just kind of smooths the sheets & blankets out on my half

I don't think I made my bed until I met and married my dh. He is the anal one of the family and over the years, I have grown to be more like him ( a bit anal ) and he has grown to be more like I used to be (laid back)!

So, to answer the question, yes, the bed gets made every day! And, now, with 2 out of 3 kids in beds, I have to make theirs, too, or it drives me crazy.

I actually can't tell you when the last time I made my bed was! LOL, only make it when I change the sheets (but, haven't put the comforter or blankets on in a while), or when I'm going to be gone for a couple days or so.
