Not many drink fill stations around WDW are available 24/7. As a matter of fact, are any? I have walked past the quiet pools at Saratoga at night and seen the drink machines closed up.

Not in WDW but at Hilton Heads resort they are available 24/7

I think it closes pretty early. Not like 11 pm.

They keep it open after the bar closes and it closes with the pool.
