I just came across some pictures from Christmas of my "Disney Tree" and it made me think. I know that I can be quite obsessive about my collectibles, especially my Christmas ones. How many of the rest of you make it a point to get a new Christmas ornament (or two, or three, or in my case 10-20 !:D) from the parks or stores each year?

Do any of you have a Disney Theme for Christmas or any other holiday?

Do you have the Disney Flags hanging outside of your home for each season? (I do!)

Okay, fess up. (please! make me feel not so nuts)

Sorry Sue Ellen......you are nuts.....no one else even has a Disney ornament on their tree...that is just TOO weird.......NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT! heheheehheheheh

It has gotten to the point where there are ONLY Disney ornaments on the tree! Had to forgo our 'regular' ornaments since there was no room for them! We have everything from the EXPENSIVE ones to the one (or more) we buy each time in WDW, to ones we see in regular stores that are just too adorable to pass by! I think my fav are the Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Pluto ceramic pieces who are dressed in "A Christmas Carol" fashion!

The RAY and I are already starting to argue over which ones I will take with me (I will be able to have my own apt and tree this coming year). He tried to say he would keep a Pooh or two.....I THINK NOT! He just laughed, knowing he was only kidding!

But yes, the house is overwelmed with Disney decor through out the year, but ESPECIALLY at Christmas time!

I've been getting the Christmas plates each year myself.. Don't know why.. they just stay in the closet, in the box... Well you know :)

I love Disney ornaments. I get at least 7 each year. My husband just rolls his eyes and says nothing says Christmas like Disney ornaments. I love him anyway. :D

Maybe I need to buy a real tree some year to hold all our Disney & non-Disney Christmas ornaments :)! I like the Hallmark Dinsey ornaments, WDW ornaments, etc.

I forgot that I have all of these sets too. Man, I do need Disney AA. I have all the sets that came in the box that looks like a leather-bound book. I need help.

whew! I'm not alone!

I have those storybook sets also. I have a couple of LE storybook sets from the Christmas Convention, signed by the artists.

My 10 foot Christmas tree no longer has any ornaments on it other than Disney (ran out of room for the rest) :earseek:

I also have a bunch of the Hallmark Disney ornaments.

I have a total Disney Christmas tree and then I have a total Mickey Tree and then I have about 3 other trees - a mini tree with those teeny tiny Disney ornaments on it and then there is the tree in my bedroom with Mickey and Minnie all over it. And I also have Mickey lights on the tree. ON the Mickey tree I have the lights from the store from a couple of years ago with the shorts, ears, hands and feet - they are really cool lights.

And then there are the moving Mickey figures everywhere - I feel like I like in It's a Small World at Christmas.

Flags - I have a flag for every season and every holiday - some are getting really old looking. I have used markers to darken the colors on some of them - just because they can not be replaced anymore.

I alway look forward to changing my flags for the seasons. I have a flag pole in the front of the house and one on my Mickey Shed - yes I have a Mickey shed in the back yard.

Gee, I am glad the people on the board will understand this - if not that would think I am nuts.

My husband is still trying to find a twelve step program for me - I am not sure 12 steps would be enough.

Darlene,

12 steps will NEVER be enough! I have often thought of starting a Disney Anonymouse but then, who wants to stop! :D

I have lots of Disney ornaments, I'm working on getting them displayed all the time. Most of them are Hallmark, some Enesco and from the parks.

Here's a pic of one of my favorite displays so far, these are all Hallmark Ornaments with Cinderella.
