Anyone else having website issues?

It keeps taking me to the screen where I need to type in my One time activation code again, and it is not letting me in... do I need to contact member services again to get a new activation code? This is a little frustrating.

It's been down in places. I might try deleting cookies and logging on again. I don't think you need a new activation code.

That worked for me when I had the same problem a couple weeks ago.

Nope, tried deleting my cookies and still no go. I tried typing in my information again with my acitvation code, and it keeps telling me to fill in all the information. The only thing I didn't fill out is children's birth years because we do not have any and it still keeps telling me I am missing information. UGH!!!

Finally called them to figure it out. I can get it to work in IE but not in Mozilla. Weird.

It's not just you... I've had the same problem. I always use IE now rather than my Mozilla for their site.

I was having trouble today viewing my reservation using IE. It kept asking me to log in every time I clicked on vacation details. I decided to use my firefox browser and worked with no problem.
