Anyone else having trouble logging in?

Keep trying to login to My Disney Account and getting an error message that email/username and password do not match their record when I KNOW they are correct. Anyone else having this problem? I have tried on different browsers and still not working
 
Yes, it's been going on for a while. Many have had success using Chrome in an incognito window, and/ or clearing the browser history/ cache/ cookies. Good luck!

Yes ma'am! I had that problem around 9:50 this morning! I went into absolute panic. Logged in under my older user name...no problem! Talked to a CM who gave me the help desk number. I logged out of my old account and tried my one tied to FPs and resort ressie....it worked! I've been good since then! Really weird.

That did not work when I tried it....incognito. I was on my school laptop, so it was just weird how it all of a sudden started working again.

I got the same error for awhile this AM. I was using Chrome Incognito (my usual go to). Switched to regular Chrome and it worked. Go figure. :-)
 

Thanks everyone! I kept trying and eventually it logged on. So annoying! I was just looking up my passholder discount on the MVMCP. Can't imagine if it was a fastpass or dining reservation day! Thanks!
 
Yes. Might also explain my ticket issues.
It took me 4 tries to get in.
 
I did. Since I knew without question that my username and password were correct I kept trying.
It eventually worked. Think it took 3, 4 tries.
I did not make any phone calls about it, figured why bother. It was either going to be a known issue or they'd make up something that didn't truly apply to the problem. Like they do when people have FP come and go (when you book 4 and only 1 shows)
People panic (rightly so) call and they make up some crap about their having to repair something and go in and mess with heaven knows what, claiming to fix it. When in reality, all that is needed is to simply resign in again.
Anyway, just another in a long list of glitches
