Anyone else having trouble booking today?

What time in the morning can new reservations be made online? 6am or 7am?
 
Whats up with AKJH today? No standard studios for Dec 3 (11 months) ..... availablity at 11 months at virually every other resort ... something I am missing?
Early Dec that can happen for Standard studios at Jambo.

I've had varying levels of success on the site today. Sometimes it works fine (a bit slow) and sometimes nothing. Refreshing the page will sometimes work.
 
Worked for me this morning around 7am eastern but now I can’t get anything to load
 
My disgust to get in ANYWHERE Disney is getting greater and greater. Words can’t explain how aggravated I am so much of the time. Aside from 5 other problems concerning other IT Depts, all I want to do right now is see and print or copy my blue membership card. Going tomorrow.

Disney: Don’t start a new program (online only cards) if you don’t have IT capability.
Blows my mind. It literally gets worse by the minute. Don’t know who’s banging their heads more….a veteran like myself or a newbie.

I can’t see my dashboard! I get the top of screen but nothing below with my reservations
I've been unable to see anything but the site banner for a couple days. I've been trying to pay dues and I can't get to that screen. I've tried multiple browsers and different internet connections.

As a newer DVC owner, it seems like it must be more frustrating for a veteran like you. I just shake my head at how bad this IT really is. I read reviews about bad Disney websites, but didn't expect this.
 
I banked some points this AM and the confirmation email I got had the wrong UY ..... looks like things looked right on the dashboard though so assume its all good.
 
Dashboard won't load for me either. Trying to make sure I booked the correct trip this morning.. and can't verify. Never received an email for the trip confirmation either. Fun times!
 
I'm with you all on the frustration factor. Got on this morning at 8 to book a Standard 2BR at Jambo December 3-10, it was available, and then the slow spinning circle of death started, and I went no where. Tried again, and of course, Saturday, the 3rd is gone. I'm so so pissed off. Booked at Kidani, and waitlisted Jambo, but come on! How is every other 2BR at every other resort available but at Jambo House? Makes no sense. I've been trying to check for hours to see if the 3rd became available, but I can't even get to my dashboard. Ugh!!!!!

Jambo 2BR's are all lockoffs so it is mostly just that the studios have been booked.
 
I have been trying all day to cancel a reservation for tomorrow. Cannot get into the website and been on hold forever. As if I am not disappointed enough having to cancel, I can’t even get it done. Losing the points would be one more COVID slap in the face.
