Anyone else having trouble booking a vacation on the member website?

I have not been able to book a vacation for days. I reached out to member services and they verified everything looked good on my account. They told me that some people were experiencing issues in relation to the virtual contracts they were loading into the system ( I have no idea what that means). It has been three days now.
 
They have updated the system to allow people to now use transferred and OTU points when booking online..just a few days ago.

But, several owners are having trouble while others, like me, are not.

Most have been told it should be fixed within a few more days.

I am trying to book a week at my home resort and am not able to book it. I would need to borrow fewer than 50% of the points from 2021, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Did the chat, and it just said to call Member Services tomorrow. I'm tired of looking at those Dwarfs!
