Anyone Else Having Problems????

Anyone else having problems booking today? I currently have the 4/3 deal for 5/9 - 5/16 staying at WL. We have annual passes so really don't need the 1-day base tickets right now. I checked online today for the passholder rate and got the same rate every night and it is about $200 cheaper -- don't have the base tickets but I really don't want the spend that money for something I don't need.

So................ I called to book over the phone and switch the reservations from the 4/3 deal to the AP rate but she quoted me a price (same view -- Woods View) which was around $300 higher. I told her what I had seen online and she said their system has higher rates on the weekends than the website does.

Anyone else having these problems? I just tried to go online and book it online with the AP rate and then call and cancel my other reservation, but now the systems are down.

Frustrating.......................... Don't you think the two systems should agree with one another. What to do -- that is the question.....

Yep.....there systems are "upgrading" and they cannot do anything with packages. The lady I talked to said they should be up and running in a hour or so. Gess they dont want my money that bad lol.

I did just try to book it online but can't get any match on my email address and password. I called via phone once again and they still quote me $300 higher than the passholder website. The passholder website seems to be working and I got a rate of $1449 for 7 nights at WL but CRO tells me it is $1732. I could get all the way through online but the final log in would not match my email address and password -- tried to get them to email us our password or a new one -- and now they rejected both of our birth dates. Frustrating.........................

Is is possible to book online with a cheaper rate (where it doesn't change rates on the weekend) only to have them charge you the higher rate later on and tell you the website was wrong??????
