Anyone else having problems with My-Disneyland?

For months both my mother and I haven't been able to sign in, for some reason no password is working - even when we copy and paste the new one they sent in an email!

It's so so frustrating. I emailed them before and they told me they could not do anything!

I can log in but it will not show me my forthcoming bookings. I just get an error message when I try to search for them.

Im having problems too,keeps telling me my booking reference is wrong!

I gave up on My-Disneyland a long time ago

Hopefully it'll work better when they upgrade the site.

So glad it's not just me then, they weren't accepting my booking ref number and kept getting the same error.

The whole idea of it is really good I think but it's a disastrous service!
