Anyone else having problems with joining HWSC?

I had connections last month, cancelled it yesterday to join Hotwire Savings club instead, because of the lower monthly fee. Connections sign-up and cancellation went fine, but I have been trying to join HWSC since yesterday, and I keep getting an error 7090 after I submit my information. I called them and they don't seem to know what the error means, they said just keep trying because they can't sign me up over the phone. They said they could see my Connections membership was cancelled, but saw no reason why I wouldn't be able to sign up for HWSC. I talked to 2 people, 1 was a supervisor. I still need to get breakfast vouchers and some Circuit City gift cards! Help!

Anyone else have this problem?

I signed up for HWSC and can log into it but when I get to the theme park icons , I click them and then get a white screen , no info. I have emailed them twice and they say they have gone on and it is fine . I can see anything at my end. I'll try again but I'm about to cancel.

I have the exact same problem! i could order all the gift cards for stores and restaurants, movie tickets, etc, but when I went to theme parks, I got blank! I just called and ordered my DW meal vouchers over the phone, and they arrived in the same envelope as the cards I had ordered online. Do you have a Mac?

I joined today and bought breakfast vouchers for WDW all this morning.

I was having the same problem as you, the page was coming up blank. After many many calls to AOL, I finally figured out that is was my firewall. I have the Norton Firewall installed on my computer. When you disable it you can access everything on the website. If you are running a firewall disable it and then try HWS. Hope this helps!
