Anyone else having problems receiving their Vera Bradley order??

I ordered a bunch of stuff from verabradley.com almost three weeks ago when someone here posted about their 60% off sale. As of today, my order still hasn't shipped. I've called twice and was told that they are waiting for the warehouse to update my status but that it should ship before Thanksgiving (they think one item being out of stock is holding up my shipment but can't even tell me what that item is). I checked today and low and behold, it still hasn't shipped (says "in process") I called again and was on hold for 45 minutes only to have a customer service rep tell me they can't tell me anything until the "warehouse" updates the information. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she would forward my info. on but I may not get a call back until tomorrow. The way their service has been, I'd be surprised if I even did get a call back. I have many gifts in this order that I need to have by next week so I'm not a happy customer. Anyone else have issues with them?
 
I placed an order about the same time....with just sale items. I received mine fairly quickly.

I got my stuff last week. It was all sale stuff, too. I hope yours arrives soon!
 
I've placed 2 orders and received both. Sorry for the problems you're having.
 

I placed my order a couple of weeks ago and received the items last week. My order status never changed from it's "in warehouse" status the entire time, so I was surprised when I received my order.
 
I posted the original message. I placed two separate orders and received both about two weeks ago, within days of each other. Hope you get yours soon!!! I would call again and see what they say.
 
Okay, I ordered my Vera Bradleys before Thanksgiving too and still have not received them. My online status still says the order has been placed to warehouse. I've emailed them twice to update the status of order and have yet to hear from them. Am I just too impatient or is anyone else having problems?

Just thought I would post an update... I finally got in touch with someone at customer service (after I sent 3 emails with no response and after waiting on the phone for 35 minutes). And apparently, my order was canceled. :confused3 Evidently they did not have the item in stock. Did they notify me by email? NO! This is really frustrating as the item was intended to be a Christmas gift. UHHHGGG!
