I did, it said something about my being logged in already, so I "logged out" and then was able to go back in. Not sure if that is the same problem you are having.
I have had this as a recurring problem. Solution I have applied is once I sign in (and get the rolling nothing before it finally tells you there is no connection) I open a new window (via a tab) and then go to the site again and it lets me right on without having to sign in again.
If you sign on to one of the other Disney sites such as ESPN under another ID and don't log-off when you get out you will get these messages when you try to log on to DVC. Just push the log out button and try again.
I had the same problem earlier this year. Nothing worked, so called member services. Very helpful! They said it had to do with my sign in being my email address. She changed it and all's well.
