Anyone Else Having Problems Booking Room Only Online

My co-worker has been trying to book a room only online reservation since last night. Last night it was telling her there were a problem with her payment information & now it it telling her there was an error processing her payment & to try back later.

Anyone else having problems or know what she could be doing wrong? Everything looks fine to me.
 
My parents had been trying to book online since Wed. night with some of the same errors. They ended up calling last night and booked. The phone CM said they have been having some issues with the online system the last couple days.

They are definitely having issues. I called this morning to add in my flight info for DME since I booked my return flight this morning, and THAT took a while for the computer to accept it (had to be input twice).

THEN I went and looked at change options and decided to switch to ASM from POFQ to save some money. Got that done (it took a couple of times), but when it showed me the confirmation I got the "please call us with your flight information" so I called back to give that info again. The CM I spoke with was super nice and said that it should be in there but probably just wasn't showing me - he would look. He then said "Oh this is weird...it is showing no adults and one child in the room." WHAT? He was able to click some things and get it straight, but we were both at a loss as to how that happened since a) children have NEVER been on that reservation and b) while letting me change resorts, etc., MDE would not let me make any changes to the name on the reservation or number of guests (not that I needed to do that). He fixed everything, verified my dates and info, and read off my flight information. AND re-sent my confirmation!

And he did say that they've made some changes to the online system and it is having issues.
 

I can't get into My Disney Experience right now. I know the password's right, and when I go to 'forgot password' it doesn't even acknowledge that I have an account under my email address. Hopefully it's just part of the 'issues' they're having. I did call, but I don't feel like waiting 25 minutes. Hopefully when I try again later it will be fixed. I'm so thankful for the Dis so I can get an idea of what's going on at times like these.

I'm having the same problem on my account and my husbands.
 
My daughter had the problem with payment not being accepted, she called her CC, no security hold plenty of available credit. She had to book over the phone.....about 40 mins ago I was able to switch hotels through MDE website. Even after I read on here that people were having problems I was still able to look at FPs. I signed out now it wont let me back on. I did get confirmation email concerning resort switch.

So am I, I've been on it all morning and when I went to book a dining ressie I've been looking for it said my email and password don't match. Hopefully they get this fixed soon!! :confused::confused3

I was just now able to sign back in - and printed everything just in case!
 
I've been trying to book a package online since last night and keep getting the error "There is a problem processing your order, please try again later or call us if the problem persists." I get all the way through the whole process and when I hit purchase the error would come up. I did call their tech support but they couldn't give me a reason why it wasn't going through. I've tried on various computers, browers, my phone and tablet same error. I just plan on calling later this afternoon to book if it still isn't working.
