Anyone else having issues?

I asked this on another thread, but I figured I would ask here too: DO all members of your group need to be present when you pick up your passes? One person wont be present till later, but the person picking up the pass is DVC.

When we went in June for the one at TL, MIL and I picked them up at the hotel for all 5 of us. Kids and husband were back in the room.
