Anyone else having issues with the Disney Gift Card website?

I had 2 gift cards that I loaded onto my wallet a month or so ago. Yesterday when I went to add more cards those 2 weren't there! I quickly checked the balances to make sure they hadn't been stolen and/or used and they were fine. I tried adding them to my wallet again but of course that didn't work because they are technically already assigned to someone (ME!)

I emailed them so waiting to hear back, but has anyone else experienced this? The only reason I even added them online was so that I could condense them all onto 1 card. I still have all the physical ones 'just in case' there is an issue when redeeming. I'm just really frustrated that my cards aren't showing. Where could they have possibly gone??!!! :sad2:
 
Any chance you logged in with a different email address?
 

There have been several people over the years who reported issues with funds disappearing after leaving cards on the gift card website. I never leave cards on that site. I consolidate then immediately delete them. In fact, the site specifies it is not a wallet & should not be considered as such. I hope you can get it figured out.
 
Never had an issue.... but I do keep up with my cards using a spreadsheet.

But I also use unique passwords for every login I have. As a site like dishoards (or many others) has been hacked before, so if you used the same email/password combination here, as you do for your email... well that opens the door to... EVERYTHING.
