I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as I am.
We booked 7 nights with 5 days of base park tickets for 5 people (3 10+ and 2 children) at the Beach Club for the end of November through a travel agency. We originally booked with no dining plan. Then after they announced the free dining plan, I had my agent change our tickets to park hoppers and add the standard plan. But she's having difficulties with the system. It shows up fine on her end, however the price isn't right. It should have only been $399 more than originally booked but it shows now about $2000 more. Which doesn't line up with the dining plan and the park hoppers.
What's even more odd is what shows up on MyDisneyExperience.com - My reservations now show 6 tickets instead of 5. 5 park hoppers and an extra base ticket for me. The dining section shows 1 Quick Service adult, 1 Table Service adult and 1 Table service child. They all say TBX after them, but I don't know what that means.
I can't work with Disney directly (I tried - they said the dining sometimes looks weird but the ticket situation is odd) to resolve it because I booked through an agency and the agency can't seem to fix it because it shows up (except the $$) correctly on their side. I'm afraid we are going to have to drop the reservation and start fresh, but the Beach Club is filled up for our dates now and I don't want to lose that room. Also, our ADR date is next week - if I cancel the reservation and rebook, will I lose the reservations at the end of our stay? Should I wait until all the dates are within the 180 day mark to do anything?
Has anyone had this experience?? Any advice?
