Anyone Else Having Issues Accessing Their Reservations on dcl.com?

Tried to get online at work today. Slow website but I could get into the CC and access my cruises. Once I actually click on the link to my current rez, it either gives me a "Error 500" message or just now at home it says the "site is down for maintenance".

This wouldn't be that big of a deal but tonight is the night I can check in as Gold CC member for our Hawaii cruise and I'm flying out of state early in the morning and won't have ready access to the net to complete my online c/i and grab my desired reservations for a few days. AUGH!!! What is the PROBLEM with Disney and their sites this week??? I know the DVC Member site has been a wreck as well…. Seriously……..:mad::mad::mad:
 
I just went on the site through my CC and it was no problem. Maybe the problems are resolved by now. :)

Edited: I spoke too soon! I got all the way to my reservation, but then the website timed out and said it was undergoing maintenance. Hopefully it's be back up shortly.
 

I looked at mine - or tried to - out of curiosity and I got a message that they are undergoing maintenance.
 
:thanks:Thanks for the feedback everyone! I have an iMac and am checking on that. Maybe I need to go to my DH's PC…. who knows… just hoping by midnight it is accessible so I can c/i, book stuff and get a 3 or so hours sleep before heading out of town! :crazy2:

The message I'm getting would indicate that it doesn't matter WHAT method you are using...

Yep, Dug720, that is precisely the message I keep getting too. And that was on all computers I've accessed today. A desktop at work, my iPad, my iMac and now my DH's HP desktop. One would assume it's a pretty big issue to be running ALL day long and during the daytime…..seems like scheduled maintenance is after hours as much as possible….. I appreciate everyone's input and sympathies. :) Prayin' all is well when the clock strikes 12….feelin' like Cinderella. Well, backwards Cinderella! I've got to WAIT until midnight! LOL!!!

For me everytime, it lets me log in, click on "My Cruises" but once I click on that active cruise rez, I get the error message every time. So it's some sort of issue with the actual rez's it appears. Funny (ok, actually more irritating) is when I clicked on the "Help" link and got the SAME error message!! :sad2: I'm going to go pack for my trip and do some dishes and just…walk…away…from….computer...:badpc:
 
Yikes. Exactly HOW much maintenance can one site be UNDER???? Sorry you're feeling the pain too, NEGeekymama! I guess misery loves company….but I know we'd much rather just have our usual access to dcl.com!! :headache:
 
Yep. It was finally our day to register for excursions and it took us forever. We kept getting kicked off the site. Then, we'd get to the point where we could register and we'd get that error message. Last night all we were getting was the error message. It took, literally, 2 hours to register for our shore excursions and nursery time today.
 
Oh mercy, Mamato3mice! I PRAY it doesn't take me that long tonight as I'm flying out of town early tomorrow and will be unable to have internet available and/or no time to take to do the whole process. I'm glad you got everything done today but sorry it took so LONG! YIKES!! :crazy:
 
I'm all checked in!!! Yahoo!!! Prayers and fingers and toes crossed worked! Got a great PAT time, Palo for brunch and dinner and a couple of spa days. So thankful and feeling so very blessed my DD#2 and I get to take this fabulous sailing from Hawaii!!! Thanks everyone, and g'night!! :thanks: :yay:
 
Is anyone having trouble with the DCL site right now? I went on to see a price of a cruise and I got an error message saying 'it could not be found'. I tried a couple of times and it still didn't work. Kind of peeved right now. Just wondering if it's happening to anyone else? GRRR! This is aggravating. :furious:
