Anyone else having bad PhotoPass luck?

Here now and a ton of our photos are missing. They are all ride photos (the ones that are supposed to automatically show up- 7dmt, potc, sdd) so I wonder if there’s some problem with whatever system they use to link them to your account. The first few days they were delayed in showing up and now the last few days they just are missing. Just ride photos so no big deal but I was just curious.
 
We experienced the same thing and we were there from the 15th to 23rd. It's just a few ride photos but still kind of annoying :)
 
I think they just switched to a new website last night? I read about it somewhere, saying order your books, pics, etc by midnight either yesterday or tonight.
 
Yes, here now and our SM pics didn’t show for a couple days. They may still show for you.
 

Our photos had another lovely family, actually 2 other families at different parks.. those were ride photos. Very disappointed
And did not purchase book as a result.
I just didn’t have the patience to call and request help or email as some mentioned. So, I grabbed 2 pix and called it a day.
Annoying, frustrating and just Poor Service.

We had issues with ride photos not showing up at the beginning of our trip last year and had to go to the photopass stations to get them manually added to our account. Turned out that our magicbands were too old and we needed new ones. Worked fine after that.
 
We had several photos of other folks enjoying their rides. One of an elderly couple on Buzz was particularly funny! Overall, I would say we got about 50% of our ride photos, and about 80% of our character/other photos. I am glad we took the time to take our own photos with the characters.
 
I had to contact photopass so many times after our early December trip I lost count. It was frustrating but they finally got all the missing photos except one set of magicshots in HS we were expecting.

We had the wrong people in our SDD ride photos from both times we rode and they were able to replace them with the correct ones. A complete set was missing from pics taken near the Alien ride in TSL. That took several emails to get. Initially they said there must have been an equipment malfunction, but I persisted and they finally located them. I had pretty exact times and locations since my daughter had taken her own pictures at that location before/after our photopass pictures.

It was a short 2 1/2 day trip so it was easier to keep track of which ones we knew we had stopped for, but we stopped for pics every chance we got. I'm not sure if I'll go through the hassle again. I love the pictures we got of our whole group but it took way too much effort to make sure we had them all.
 
No missing photos, but I did notice that we are doing the same pose in every picture. Next trip we have to mix it up a bit. :)
 
A problem we had was that at the top of the website there is a spot that has family and friends. If you drop down the menu, you can choose to see just your photos or all the photos. I freaked thinking half our photos were gone, but in reality that button fixed it. Might be worth a try for anyone having any issues.
 
I rode Slinky twice a few weeks ago and only got one of the photos but Slinky has had some issues with photos. Got all of my other photos though.
