Anyone else having a problem using Online Check-in?

We are arriving on Thursday and I am trying to do online check-in today. I keep getting an error:

"We were unable to process your reservation; please try again or contact The Disney Reservation Center at (407) 939-7675. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to dial this number."

I called and she walked me through the process and still got the same message. Is anyone else having issues or is it just me?

Verify the info that you are entering. Did you try the other confirmation number?

Have you looked up your reservation on the DVC website? With the change in the reservation system, it seems there has also been a change in reservation numbers. My upcoming trips details are showing correctly, but the reservation/confirmation numbers do not match the numbers from the confirmations I received.

Yes. It will only let me log in to the online check-in with the new one. Just won't let me complete it.

The posts I've seen on this indicate that the error is with the ZIP code. There have been various issues. One was there was extra spaces at the end of the ZIP code. I think for another, they had to change the last four of the ZIP+4 to four zeros.
 
I did it last week and it was a zip code error. I edited my address and at the end I entered four zeros after my 5 digit number. Some folks who had the 4 digits already there, just took theirs off. But it does seem to be tied to that zip code, so you can try one of these methods.

Well that stinks...sorry. Is there anything in red when you scroll through telling you it's incorrect. That's how I found out about my address. After it would not go through I took a look and saw that there was a message over the address section and I hit edit. Then I remembered someone posting about the zip code being the culprit. Sorry we couldn't help.
 
I haven't been able to do online check in either. I've tried thru DVC website and and the regular Disney World site. Neither works. MS says they are having trouble with the system since the recent upgrade.
 
I was having trouble too. I retyped my zip code (thanks to you guys) and noticed they had my phone number wrong and retyped that and it went thru. Good luck
 
I had the same problem. I tried re-entering the zip code. This didn't help. I re-entered all of my address info and it went through. It appeared that there were extra spaces on every line. Although it may have been coincidence, when I corrected this, it went through.
 
I wasn't able to do the online check in for our trip last January. Don't know if it had anything to do with having a Canadian address.
 
I've tried numerous times this week also -- no luck on either of my split-stay reservations. Same error message at the same point as jelliott04. I'm thinking the DVC check-in lines next week are going to be VERY long if most people have been unable to check in online. :headache:
 
I had an issue as well a couple weeks ago.....it did have something to do with the zip code. It finally went through but I cant remember what I did to solve it. One thing is to make sure you are not logged on to any other Disney Site.

I would Log out, log back in and re-enter everything. I think even though it said it did not go through I still continued and it worked. Had no issue at check in.
