Anyone else having a problem getting to the entertainment web site w/ mypoints?

I have been trying to order an entertainment book through mypoints but cannot get the entertainment web site to load. I emailed mypoints about the problem and they said it was an entertainment problem and I should contact them. I'm not sure how I can contact them if their site won't even load for me. I'll try at work tomorrow but I still can't get through at home.
