Anyone else having a hard time getting online?

I have tried over and over to log into my account and it keeps telling me that my username and/or password are wrong. I have never changed it so I know I am putting in the correct thing. I even submitted to get my username (just in case) and it said that it was emailed to me, but I never got it. I tried twice.

I don't have my card with me right now so don't know if I can call without my member number and see what is going on. Is anyone else having this problem?
 
This happens to me on rare occasion. Site seems to be working fine today.

OP I would suggest you close all browser windows, open a new browser and use the tools section to "delete cookies," then shut that window, and restart your computer. Then try logging on the site again. This always works for me. Good luck...

I logged on a couple times today with no issues, the last time being about 10 minutes ago.
 

Very strange. I tried on 3 different devices and 2 different browsers and it is still giving me the same login error. I am on hold with MS technical and it says the wait time is 45 minutes. Maybe I am not the only one?

It can happen if you didn't log off of a Disney site. Try deleting cookies.

Glad I called - apparently somehow my account was deactivated and that is why I was not able to get online. Well worth the 35 minute wait time to be able to finally get on the site and book my trip!:cool1:

This issue doesn't give you an error message, it just doesn't log you in.
