Anyone else having a hard time getting ADR's?

Ok let me start off by saying that I did make some of my ADR's on the morning of the 180-day mark. But since then I have had to tweak a few things - we have more friends and family joining us for the week leading up to our wedding, so need to change times and party numbers.

My problem now is I can't seem to book ANY of the breakfasts I was looking for (I kept my original at Crystal Palace) - Ohana, 1900 Park Fare, chef Mickey's. Lunch has been a lot easier - I have had much better luck. Dinner is kind of like breakfast - not much luck for the times or restaraunts I have been looking for. Any chance more ADR's will open up? I have checked the september ADR cancellation thread pretty regularly.

Your wedding/trip is in September, yes? That's prime free dining time. All of those people in the know with free dining will have made their ADRs by now--primarily for character breakfasts and dinners. You might be lucky by checking for openings daily, but most restaurants will be booked up.

Also, the restaurants you mentioned ('Ohana, Chef Mickey's, etc.) are among the most popular ones--it's going to be difficult this late in the game to find a new ADR at those places.

ETA: Congrats on your Disney wedding! :)

That's kinda what I was afraid of. I can keep about half of my original ADR's booked at the 180-day mark, I have cancelled the others already. I am just gonna keep my fingers crossed and keep checking the ADR cancellation thread. Wish me luck!

And thanks for the congratulations! We are very excited!
