Anyone Else Have This SCAL Problem?

I've been using SCAL for over a year and I like it, but if I go more than 5 or 6 days without using it, it forces me to "Activate" again. As if that's not annoying enough, sometimes I'll enter the name and Serial Number exactly how it says too and it still says I can't use it! It will say I've activated it on too many computers - I've only ever used it on this one computer under my sign-on I've had to go through the Craft Edge people at least 10 times to get them to "unlock" my activation and they're quick about it (always hear back within 24 hours) but it is very frustrating. I've asked them on many occasions why this keeps happening and they flat-out ignore my questions. It happened again today so I thought I'd ask y'all, does this happen to anyone else?

I'm sorry that's happening! I haven't had that problem, I hope they figure it out for you soon.

I know I tried to activate it on my laptop, and it worked, so I thought, but then it said I needed to activate it..... and refuses to cut at all, even with a DEMO mark.

I just am waiting for SCAL 2 to come out for the Mac.

I wonder if it's a MAC problem, because I'm on a MAC?

Is there a version for MACs or do you run it on Parellel or Focus? Have you gone on the SCAL forum website and posted a thread about the issue? I wonder if others are experiencing the same problem. I haven't but then I am running it on Windows.

Being a cynical person I am wondering if they are selling the same serial number version to many people, hence getting the message saying it has been downloaded to too many computers and why they won't answer your question.

Did you buy it straight from CraftEdge, or did you buy it from another company?
