Anyone else have this problem with Hotwire?

I joined the Hotwire Savings Club on 9/5/03. I can access everything on their website EXCEPT any of the theme park stuff (if I click on that link, it just comes up as a blank page). I called them, and they said that it can take 3-5 business days for them to get you in their system, and then you can access everything. It's 9/11/03 today, and still no luck. Has anyone else had this happen?

I joined on 9/4, ordered meal vouchers then & received them today. Now, it DID take about 10 minutes for me to get the confirm email regarding my account. But after I input the confirmation code I was good to go. I'd call them again. Maybe this time you'll get someone who knows what they're talking about! Good luck!

I have the same problem, but can access it from my boyfriend's computer..........on the same network, in the same room

Thanks so much for your replies! I tried my husband's work laptop (also same room and same line) - and it worked! My machine is a Mac. I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
