Anyone else have returns??

I put lots of thought into what to get DH. I went to 4-5 stores and online to find a 17" flat panel monitor with built in speakers for him. After about a week, I found the one that I thought would be perfect and I bought it. He was thrilled to open it and went immediately to the computer to hook it up. After 30-45minutes he calls me in to tell me that there is no hole in the back of the monitor to plug in the power supply. How does something get out of the factory this way?? Needless to say, we will be returning it today or tomorrow. I have to return a few other things too. I think returns are the worst part of Christmas!

I got a gorgeous pair of PJ's from my son yesterday.. Unfortunately, the top was a Medium and the pants were a large....

anyway, not sure how that happened (someone at the store wasn't paying attention when they put them on the hangars!)

Sorry no returns for me this year . But I will be out looking for a birthday gift and a pair of pants for DH to wear to a wedding next month. Hope to get them on sale since he just isn't a dress up kind of guy.

DD7 has a pair of jeans to return, luckily they were from JC Penney's and they are always VERY quick with returns/exchanges.

One return, SIL got DH & I the Scene It DVD/board game but we already had it. Thinking of turning it in and getting SCRABBLE. DH & I have an extensive board game collection, but would you believe we don't have Scrabble?

Yep, a wireless keyboard/mouse that doesn't work and some pants that don't fit dh, but he will be the one going shopping after that!

Yup, we need to return one DVD that we'd gotten for one of our grandsons but then later found something we liked better to give him. And I need to return the leather gloves I bought DH, he put them on this morning and they fit great, but one split in a seam when he was out scraping ice off his truck.

I do have both receipts so it shouldn't be a problem.

Just one, my sister bought my son a beautiful fleece hooded sweatshirt but it was way too long and large. I wanted it for our trip so I headed to JCPenney today. Couldn't find anything to replace it so I got a gift card.

Otherwise everything was perfect and that's a FIRST!

I got my 12 y.o. the PS2 Eye Toy, but he says it's too "juvy" so we're returning that and he'll probably get a PS2 game.

I also picked up the wrong Eminem CD (my 13 y.o. wanted the soundtrack to 8 Mile and I picked up the Eminem show ) so that's being exchanged as well.

I got 2 Shockin Ya'll cd's. My DD(8) wanted a MM waffle maker, she swears the waffles taste better at Disney because of the waffle maker. The light that tells you when the waffles are done is broke. I really don't want to go to the mall but she wants to make waffles. I still can't believe she asked for a waffle maker.

I have to return a shirt I I bought for DH. It has one stripe that goes across the chest, and DH has a very long body, so the stripe isn't hitting the right spot on his chest, sio it looks funny.

I have to return a custom made watch that I got DH, as the watch doesn't work, even though the customization on the face is beautiful!!!

Other than that, everything's perfect!
