I am at 180 days for my next trip and wasn't able to book my 180 + 10 online. I had to call Disney Dining to get all the dates booked...that was fine. Disney dining suggested that I contact IT for their website to find out why my DVC reservation wasn't showing in disneyworld.com (even when I tried to retrieve my reservation information). IT consolidated my disneyworld.com and disneycruise.com login information and said that they fixed their end and I would have to call Member SVCs to get that side fixed.

Member SVCs told me that NO ONE could book any dining reservations at all at the 180 + 10, only at the 180. After I explained that I had already done so this morning via phone, I was told that there are problems with the computer systems and that in Dec everything should be fixed. I was told that not everyone has these problems, I am just unlucky and have a few of the problems showing up. That I bought at a bad time because the systems were being upgraded and that could be the problem too :scared1:

I also explained that if I am logged into disneyworld.com and try to open a page for dvcmember.com, I get a page that asks for a one time activation code as if I am a new member all over again. The agent told me that it was normally what happened. I can't accept that as normal...really...do you all have the same issue?

Sorry for the vent...I'm just really frustrated.

All of your Disney login info has to be the same for all Disney, ABC, and ESPN websites. Several years ago we had IT reset everything and we haven't had a problem since.

We tried that today with the IT dept from disneyworld.com, so far it hasn't fixed it.

Member services said that it's due to the system upgrade and hopefully that will be fixed in about 1 month...

I have the same issue with the DVC website if I have recently logged on to Disneyworld.com or Disneycruiseline.com and hadn't logged out before I closed the page. It IS annoying but I figured it was the same for everyone.

This was my experience as well. They had to reset all my passwords, now I generally have no issues. But there have been recent unrelated issues - that are related to the system upgrade they just did. The dining site is still having problems. I was able to do on-line check-in a few weeks ago, but for a number of days it wouldn't work at all, then one day it did. I think a few days later I tried to look @ my reservation again and then it wouldn't pull it up again (and that was a regular #, not a DVC #).
