nope, I don't think this was expected, even for Disney. When I talked to the CM at 7:10, they said there was no time frame and to call back in 30-60 min. I'm still getting the "enhancements" message.
Apparently their entire system is down. I've read where people staying on property aren't able to have the front desk do anything, bc their system is down, the TA site is down, etc... I think it might be awhile.
My online has worked since 7am, as of about 15 min ago call center is back online. you still get the recording but stay on get a CM and you can make ADR's.
