Dear Guest:

Disney Vacation Club is always trying to improve your experience, and we would like to hear from guests, whether or not you have become a Disney Vacation Club member. We are conducting a survey among people who contacted Disney Vacation Club. You have been selected for this survey because you requested a Disney Vacation Club DVD or video in the past few months.

RTI, an independent market research firm, has been hired to conduct the research on behalf of Disney. We invite you to take an online survey.
All information you provide will be kept STRICTLY confidential. This survey is for research purposes only, and is not intended to sell or market any products. The online format is easy and will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. In appreciation of your time, if you qualify and complete this survey, you will be sent a check for $10.

To take the survey, please click the link below or copy and paste the link into your browser.

I haven't posted the link in case it's some kind of scam, I just didn't want to fill anything out before figuring out if this is legit or not?

I have received this email in the past. There is an RTi that is a legitimate research organization (http://rtiresearch.com/). In spite of this I deleted it since Disney does their own data collection in house and why would they need to contract out.

I just thought it was odd because the disney surveys I've been e-mailed in the past were 1.) from disney directly, and 2.) didn't offer a monetary incentive (this one says you will be mailed a $10 check) so I didn't know if it sounded off to anyone.

DVC does have a warning about fraudulent emails, phone calls and letters.

"Members may confirm whether or not the call or letter is from a Disney Cast Member by calling Disney Vacation Club at 800-******** and verifying the information with a Cast Member. Members are always welcome to contact Disney Vacation Club or RCI to verify the validity of a contest or offer." Apparently some of the calls are coming from RCI claiming to be working with Disney.
