Anyone else get mickey mail!!!!

Mickey Mail in this case is just another way of saying we got travel documents (Hotel Vouchers, luggage tags...)from Disney.

So far we only got the Magical Express Mail. Is the date to receive the Disney Mail relative to your arrival date, or to the date you paid your trip? I'm asking because we arrive a week prior to your date, and haven't gotten it yet.

We will be at POFQ 28 aug to 11th sep. Its my first time on property and I can't wait.

They say that they will mail your documents 40 days prior to the date of your arrival (on the condition that you've made final payment) It doesn't hurt to call and follow up. Try and call them tomorrow.
I was surprised when I received mine when I've heard other people not receiving theirs until 2-3 weeks out.

I got my ME stuff on Wednesday for our August 29th trip...

And... got our vouchers and luggage tags today (35 days out, for those who are curious and waiting for your own)!!

And... got our vouchers and luggage tags today (35 days out, for those who are curious and waiting for your own)!!

Already went and returned from our CSR vacation, while never getting our Disney Mail. All we got was the ME Tags, but not luggage tags or other package details.

Is there a way to ask them what happened? We do certainly need new Disney Luggage Tags, since our old ones didn't survive the trip.
