Last year when we came back I looked for jobs in California. I was actually offered a job last October but with school already started my wife and kids just were not interested.

This year since coming back I have missed Disney and California something terrible.

anyone else have this problem? I'm already thinking of ways to put back money for next year and avoiding Universal and Vegas just to spend more time at Disney.

I start planning my next trip before I ever arrive for my current trip. It is too depressing not to. I hate when you get back home and the post Disney blues set in so I always have a trip in the works. Next Trip 37 days, after that one 121 days. I am willing to give up new cars, furniture, whatever as long as I get to go to Disney. So, the answer to your question YES!!!

Hi fellow Oklahoman:wave2:

Yes, I miss Disney.:sad1:

Every time my family and I get back from our trips to WDW, I start planning our next trip.:yay::goodvibes

So I understand were you come from, I used to work at the Disney store(:sad1:) to get that feel of being with Disney.

My next WDW trip is in just 51 days.:cool1::woohoo::yay:

It's one of the bad things about living in Oklahoma, It's too far from California.

When we drive through New Mexico and Arizona I think how lucky those people are living closer to California than me. And those of you that live in California. Well you are just too lucky

OOPS on the wrong board but YES we get depressed when leaving WDW my sister worst at this she does not talk the whole last day:sad2: and we to plan and book our next trip within a week of coming home:dance3:

Yes, DH and I call it PDD- Post Disneyland Depression!:sad1: It is usually really bad for the first few weeks as we get back to reality but then I start planning the next trip and it starts to ease up :thumbsup2!
We started out going every 2 years, then every year and now we have AP's:banana:. Our family and friends just don't understand what the attraction is, I tell them it's just Disney Magic:cloud9:

It's even harder for us Aussies being on the other side of the world!! It takes some time to save up to fly to the USA atleast a couple of years for us. But I read the DIS most days and dream about the day we will be able to come back.

I can understand- I used to live in Atlanta so I was quite far away from Disneyland/ Disneyworld. Nowadays, I live in Los Angeles and I usually can't go longer than 2 weeks without visiting Disneyland. I have been offered the opportunity to move for work in Hawaii, which would have been my dream- except I literally can't stand the idea of only being able to visit Disneyland or any other Disney park only once a year. The place never gets old! Some people think I'm crazy, but I don't care- I will always go as often as I can, there truly is no happier place on earth.

I am in perpetual trip planning mode. :thumbsup2 WDW is next October and I began counting last October.

Ah yes, generally when people say "Disney" they mean WDW and "Disneyland" when they mean DLR, and I can't even tell you how much that drives me crazy ;). I hope you're able to make it back soon! California is a great place to live :wizard:

LOL yes....but what's crazy is we are 6 hours from DL.....LOL

I'm in Los Angeles and miss Disney! The day after a trip is really hard on my girls, too. They talk about what the did and didn't get to do and what they want to do next time. Usually when we start walking down Main Street my mind starts planning our next trip. LOL

I used to get very sad and I only live 5 hrs away, but ever since I got my AP I feel like I can go whenever! I used to leave the parks not knowing when I would be back and now I just think of when I wanna return and gather up some people to join me! Luckily, lots of my friends and family LOVE DLR and would be willing to go whenever!

Do I get the Disney blues? ALL the time! I wasn't able to make it to DL this year. BUT I'm going there next summer on my birthday. The reservation is already made!!! :goodvibes

Yes Yes Yes! Dh and I just decided two days ago that we were going to make DL happen this next summer and we are SOOO excited!

I go through withdrawals, I try to keep myself up to date and get my fix with Disney blogs and the DIS.
