Anyone else frustrated with TGM?

October best/worst parks are still not up! At what point is he going to get those up? Also, my trip bleeds into November, so I have to make ADRs and determine parks for Oct and Nov at the same time. The way he's going, I have no way to plan 180 days out! Am I going to have to pay for UG? Or can I get the info free because I bought the book?
